Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mythraval, operated by AQTO LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Using Mythraval

You may use Mythraval for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not cheat, exploit defects, automate play, interfere with service operation, harass other players, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the game, its players, or legal rights.

Game content and virtual items

Mythraval and its software, art, audio, characters, worlds, and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms. Unless we expressly state otherwise, virtual items and gold have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and may be changed or removed as the game evolves.

Service changes

Mythraval is under active development. Features, balance, availability, saved data formats, and content may change. We may suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We work to preserve saved progress but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error or loss can be prevented.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, Cloudflare security checks, Convex multiplayer infrastructure, and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms. Your use of those services remains subject to their applicable agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mythraval is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, AQTO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
